Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
This morning I got an early start and woke up with a strong sense of inspiration. I feel like I am right where I need to be and am looking forward to grow and thrive in my new home. I was reminded of dreams I had years ago that I had forgotten about and today I felt like reviving them and bringing them back to life!
I am also thrilled about the fact that I am once again looking forward to my workouts. I cannot even describe the sense of joy I felt throughout my morning walk. What a blessing it is to be in a place that I have always wanted to be!
Today’s Workout: Leg Day!!!
Fat Burning Cardio Warm-up:
This is a new favorite warm-up that I would like to add to the mix. I love how uplifting and inspiring Cassey is! Enjoy!
No Equipment Butt & Thigh Home Workout:
I was so pleasantly surprised by the playlist throughout this workout! But goodness gracious! I cannot remember the last time that I did THAT many lunges. This was a killer workout that was a nice mix of strengthening and also compound movements that serve as cardio.
Bad At Love Handles Workout:
I could not do this entire workout without stopping, but I am adding it to my list! What a good way to include plank variations for that sexy cinched up waist ❤
Improve Dance and Balance Technique:
This was a lovely centre barre that requires no barre or chair. I think these are honestly my favorite style of ballet workout. We can always use more work on balance, right? It was fun to do exercises that I used to struggle with not so long ago.
Fast Lower Back Pain and Sciatica Relief Yoga:
The harsh reality and honest truth is that I sit down WAY to much for my own good. Yoga and movement are the antidotes. Of course a massage wouldn’t hurt either, but I have no budget for it with the amount of traveling I have been doing these days.
