Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
June is here! I did this workout yesterday, but was too sore from sitting to sit some more. I am still adjusting to the humidity and climate of my new home and it makes me feel a little tired, but I am glad I made some time for my workout!
Today’s Workout is: LEG DAY!
No Jumping Full-Body Fat Burn: 10 minutes
The older I get, the more I realize how beneficial it is to start every workout gently with a warm-up. This was a great warm-up to get the blood flowing and the muscles prepared for a workout!
Fat Burning Piit: 2x’s!
This workout really got my heart pumping and helped me work up a good sweat!

It will be awhile before I can get a yoga mat so I am trying out yoga workouts that do not require a mat. I really enjoyed this one and hope that you will too!
