Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Sundays are usually rest days, but today I decided I needed to do a good arm workout. I have also noticed that my back hurts a lot less when I am more active. Also, it is a new month and I always feel super motivated to get a good workout streak going!
Right now I wish I had a glass of Indian Wells Merlot wine and a few swedish fish to munch on…
I am lucky because my new home is far from grocery stores and it is less convenient to get whatever I want. This means that I have been saving more money and hopefully inches on my waistline 😉
Today’s Workout: Arm Day!
10 Min. Dancing for Lean Ballerina Muscles:
I love dancing because it takes pressure off of me. It is so nice to move freely without judgement.
Knee-Friendly Fat-Burning Cardio: Complete 2 rounds! 1 for each side.
This workout felt challenging today. I noticed that my right wrist is sore (this has been an ongoing thing since I spend hours on the computer a day.) There is an option to do this workout 4 times through, but today I decided to only do 2 since I was listening to my body.
Gigi Hadid’s No Equipment Travel Routine:
This workout was full of lots of classic exercises. I like how she told us how many repetitions we would be doing ahead of time.
5 Move to Your Fittest Upper Body:
My arms were tired by the time I got to this workout and I barely squeaked through it, but I did not quit and I am proud of that fact!
Today’s Word of the Day is:
- Very productive or creative intellectually: The fecund years of the Italian Renaissance.
I feel a lot more inspired and creative these days. I looking forward to see what I will do with this strong sense of inspiration!
