Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I hope you had a GREAT day today! I am really pleased with the way my routine is coming together. I sleep well at night and get a nice early start. After my cup of coffee I am super productive at work. Around the time that I start slowing down and feeling restless I do my workout and it all works out!
Today’s Workout: Booty + Hip opener yoga
This really was a fun warm-up and was NOT what I expected at all. Try it out, I think you will be pleasantly surprised 🙂
5 Min. ROUND Booty + Hips Workout:
This was a fun and effective workout that built on my warm-up. I especially enjoyed the punch and kicks!
5 Minute Butt-Firming Workout:
These moves were quick and effective and worked my booty from every single angle!
10 Minute 6-Pack Workout:
This was 10 minutes nonstop full of exercises. I could feel the burn! I had to take some breaks, but I made it through! I am looking forward to the day that I can do this entire workout without stopping!
Barre Fitness for Bum and Legs:
I love doing ballet workouts because they help me work on my poise and posture.
Inner Thigh (Groin) Stretch:
I think I pulled my groin yesterday so I decided to do this gentle stretch. Hopefully I will be feeling better soon.
Easy Hip-Opening Stretches | 15 Minutes
I swear this felt like the longest 15 minutes in my life, but I know it was good for me. All yoga routines have been feeling very long. Like they are holding the stretches FOREVER and 1/2. I think the coffee is contributing to these feelings, but also probably the fact that I do not have a yoga mat yet. The floor in my house is brand new, but very hard. No complaints of course, but I am looking forward to getting a yoga mat and a foam roller soon!
After my workout, I eat lunch and then I go for a walk. Today I walked a total of 3 miles sporadically throughout the day.
Today’s Word of the Day is:

- To punish or reprimand severely.
