Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I woke up to a nice hot cup of coffee and got my workout in early this morning! I feel so much better than I did yesterday and I am glad that I decided to take the day off. There is definite value in listening to your body and resting when you need rest.
Today’s Workout is: Upper Body + Core
10 Minute Cardio / Warm-up:

These were fun and creative movements that also worked on balance.
Tone Your Arms, Back, & Shoulders
This was a fun and quick arm workout!
10 Minute No Equipment Back Workout:
Lower Abs & Booty Blast:
I definitely need to spend more time chiseling my abs again. I am excited to see some progress with consistency!
Quick Burn Arms:
Quick burn workouts are my favorite because they are SO quick and effective!
20 Minute No Mat Creative Yoga Sequence:
I do not have a a yoga mat or any workout equipment yet so I use a pillow to cushion any body parts that need it. Like knees when I am on all fours.
I am happy that I am not making any excuses anymore. I cannot say that I can’t make it to the gym. I cannot even say that I do not have a mat to practice yoga on. Workouts are available right here at my fingertips!
