Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
This workout was yesterday’s workout. I got slammed with a heavy headache early in the evening and had to rest and go to bed early. I also had a lot of work to do so I did not have a chance to write this post.
I am glad that I did my workout when I did because I was feeling decent when I did it. I also got a mile long walk in while I talked to my sister on the phone and I walked 1.5 miles later in the day.
Workout of the Day: Total Body w/ a focus on Upper Body

Arm Fat Blaster:
These blogilates workouts are not as difficult as they used to be, but I can definitely still feel my muscles working. I hope this means that I am getting stronger.
Avoid Bulking Up! Stretching for Ballerina Muscles:
I am going to keep including stretches each day even when I don’t feel like it… I know that it helps and it is worth-it.

I am excited because my lawn mower and hammock are scheduled to arrive this upcoming Tuesday and my yoga mat and hot pot is supposed to arrive on Thursday. So I am looking forward to doing yard work then relaxing on the hammock. Then later in the week I can do yoga on a mat and relax with a cup of tea.
It’s the small things that make all the difference, right?
