Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
My workouts have been getting later and later. I guess the main thing is that I am still getting my workouts in. Today I got to test out the new push lawnmower and I spent a couple of hours weeding the garden. It was so nice to spend time outside in the sunshine. After dinner I went for my daily walk and went over a mile.
Today’s Workout is: Arms!
5 Minute Warm-up:
Always make time for a warm-up. This was a nice combination of movements and stretches.
Very Intense Ab Workout:
This was a fun workout that got my heart pumping. As always, you can increase or decrease the intensity by changing the size of your movements. Bigger motions will engage more muscles.
Arm & Waist Workout:
This workout is advertised for women, but I think that men will get benefits from it too!
BEST Standing Arms Workout:
I think one of the reasons why I seek out STANDING workouts is because it means no planks or push-ups. I think I better start challenging myself to do more planks and push-ups. It must be a sign because we often avoid the things we need the most!
