Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Today was an eventful day! It was my graduation ceremony day, but I was not there on campus. Instead, I was surprised with 2 adorable little kittens to adopt. Their names are King Puffleton and Meowloree Mayweather and they are absolutely adorable!
I went for two walks, but did not get around to doing yard work. I think it is better if I do not mow the lawn for a few days because I don’t want to kill it. I finally managed to get my workout in at the end of the day. I think this is the latest that I have worked out in a long time, but I got a nice burst of energy and feel so accomplished now that it is done!

You have probably noticed that my workouts have not been very intense these days, but I am hoping that my consistency will pay off. I have very limited equipment… Actually no equipment so I have been doing body weight workouts. Yoga is tricky when the floor is so slippery so I have shied away from practicing yoga too. I thought I was going to get a yoga mat delivered this past Thursday, but it sadly got sent back.

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day. My current lifestyle is teaching me that you can “work what you got” wherever you are. I still find myself being hard, judgmental, and overly critical of myself and my body. I tell ya, old habits die hard and I think the bad habits are the hardest ones to break.
Loving myself takes a lot of practice and gentle reminders. I definitely felt some fomo today, but I am going to keep counting my blessings and keep my eyes on the prize! What are you thankful for? Please comment below to share!
