Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I’m BACK!!! My last official Workout and Word of the Day was on June 14th. That means that I took over a month off from working out. I spent the month gardening and going for walks until I got so sun burned that I needed to stay inside.
I have also been going hard in the paint with work. While this is great for the business it has taken on toll on my mind and body. This week I got a new yoga mat and today I finally unrolled it. Leave it to a brand new month to inspire me to get back on track!
Today’s Workout is: Kickboxing + Yoga
30 minute No-Equipment Kickboxing Workout
Do you ever feel the need to kick and punch someone or something? That is how I felt today and I decided to look for a good kickboxing workout. This workout was a lot of fun and worked the whole body. Try it! You’ll like it!
True-Day 1 -Motive | Yoga with Adriene
It needed to happen. I will cut my past BS and say that I do not love yoga. I am not passionate about yoga, but I know that it is good for my mind and body. I think I have circled around to the space I was 9 years ago where yoga was challenging because it was hard for me to slow down and be alone with my own thoughts. The truth is that it is probably exactly what I need. It is time for me to get grounded again and I think that yoga will help me with this goal.
