Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I like the way things are going so far this month. I am proud to say that I am in much higher spirits than I was just two days ago. This is the time of year that I start cleaning up my act as my birthday approaches. You have probably heard me mention in the past that I believe my year begins in September rather than January.
In the spirit of “cleaning up my act” I have made little changes like I am giving up coffee and alcohol. I am still having some tea and I still eat chocolate every now and then. I am also not taking sleeping aids. I have been taking either melatonin, unisom, or having a glass of wine to wind down since January and last night I had none of that. I was restless and I did not have any vivid dreams, but I think I will be alright.
I was very tired today, but I knew that my body is adjusting to these changes and I feel good knowing that I am making healthy changes for myself. This time around I am not swearing anything off radically.
Today’s Workout is: Upper Body + Yoga
No equipment upper body workout with cardio kickboxing intervals:
I really enjoyed the variety in this workout. We never repeated any exercises and it kept my body working and guessing.
TRUE-Day 2- Trust:
I feel sore from yesterday’s workout. It was a nice little surprise because it means that my workout worked! I was looking forward to practicing yoga today and it did not disappoint one bit.

I honestly was worried that I would not get my workout in today. I was busy with work and running errands and I crashed hard by the middle of the day. Things that needed to be done kept on popping up and my workout got pushed later and later, but I made it a point to make it happen and I am so glad that I did! I am already looking forward to tomorrow’s workout!
