Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
It feels good to have a workout routine once again. This was my 3rd day in a row of working out and sticking with more of a routine. This was yesterday’s workout by the way. Life has been busy, but I like it this way!
Today’s Workout is: Yoga + Total Body
3rd Chakra Yoga:
I really enjoyed this practice. It had a nice toning aspect and some balance work too!
Quick Cardio Booty Blast:
8 Minute Bikini Body Workout:
This workout was tough and I am proud of the fact that I powered through it! 2 minutes of each exercise is a lot! Especially the plank up up down downs!
Crazy Abs, Butt, and Legs Workout:
I could not complete this entire workout without taking breaks. I know that if I keep practicing consistently I will get stronger and will be able to workout longer.
Spring Leaning Slim-down:
This was another burner that required breaks, but I got through it!
5 Moves to your fittest body:
I felt the aftermath of the lunges this morning and all day today!
Today’s Word of the Day is:
- A dolphin rider.
I thought it would be fun to do a fun word today. We also drove all the way to Kona and back to collect our cats who flew all the way from the mainland today! I know that I did not say very much in this post, but I wanted to make sure that I at least wrote it. I will say more next time 😉
