I thought I was going to get around to writing both of these posts separately, but I never got around to doing it so I will just lump them together. It helps that Friday was more of a rest day.

Friday was a hectic day with a road trip to and from Kona to pick up our cats. That was an adventure in and of itself and I am glad that I still made time to move my body!

I think it was kind of a mistake to save yoga practice for the very end of the day and it was kind of a shock that leg day was on a Saturday, but I made it through! Today I feel like I am forever running behind and I noticed that I am kind of grumpy. At least I am aware of it. Time to start unwinding and reminding myself that everything is just fine.
