Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Last night I felt tired and unmotivated to workout. It did not help that our mainecoon Carl turned my yoga mat into his playground (aka pounce ground) and he refused to let me practice in peace 🙂
I have been very productive lately work wise and have been feeling much better. I make it a point to spend time outdoors in the sunshine and I feel blessed to live in a place where the sun shines and it gets up to over 80 degrees. The mosquitoes absolutely demolished my booty while I was working in the garden and I came back with 40 new bites. It is apparent that the natural bug repellent I have been using is not very effective. In fact, it seemed to act as a seasoning to make me even more delicious… There’s gotta be a better way!

I like these comprehensive workouts that only require playing one video once. Sometimes we have to repeat certain videos 3 or 4 times and it can get a little monotonous, but these ones are really nice.
Yoga for when you are stuck
This was a fun and creative practice to shake things loose and let go. I can thankfully say that I do not feel so stuck anymore. I did feel stuck for a while, but movement really helps me stay present and realize that my reality and this life I am living is amazing!
