Workout and Word of the Day #91

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

My workouts have been getting later and later because my days have been busy.  I have been working hard and making it a point to spend more time outside when the sun is out.  In yesterday’s case, it was raining.  It down poured while I was weeding the garden.  My partner came outside and we went for a walk in the pouring down rain.  It was exactly what I needed.

Workout of the Day: Upper Body + Yoga

This is a fun and challenging body weight workout and all you need is a mat and your own body!

Yoga To Calm Your Nerves

I have noticed this week that it is challenging for me to breathe deeply by the end of the day.  I will just keep practicing and hopefully it will get better with time and practice.

Word of the Day:

retrodict– verb

  1. To use new information to explain the past.

This was yesterday’s workout.  I might try doing an earlier workout today and see if I have more energy.  What time of day do you like to work out?  Comment below to share!

  1. Hi Alana – I prefer afternoon and evening workouts – but it depends on my schedule and the classes offered by teachers I like.
    And guess what- I was wanting to do a home workout this week so I am going to try both videos in the post….
