Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
My workouts have been getting later and later because my days have been busy. I have been working hard and making it a point to spend more time outside when the sun is out. In yesterday’s case, it was raining. It down poured while I was weeding the garden. My partner came outside and we went for a walk in the pouring down rain. It was exactly what I needed.

Yoga To Calm Your Nerves
I have noticed this week that it is challenging for me to breathe deeply by the end of the day. I will just keep practicing and hopefully it will get better with time and practice.
