Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
It feels good to be consistent. I thought that Friday was supposed to be a rest day, but I was mistaken. Cassey snuck in a little pilates side series into the calendar. It ended up being a nice blend of relaxing and challenging. My motivation definitely varies from day to day and this week I have not felt very motivated by the time I have time to work out. I am proud that I decide to do my workouts anyways.
Yesterday’s Workout: Snatched Waist and Shapely Thighs + Yoga
Snatched Waist & Shapely Thighs:
Travel Yoga Revitalizing Flow
I was relieved that this was a shorter flow. When I am feeling unmotivated it is easy for my mind to wander and this detracts from my workout. Thankfully, I was able to harness my focus for this precious 14 minute flow and I am so glad that I did.
Word of the Day:
tardive– adjective
- Appearing or tending to appear late, as in human development or in the treatment of a disease.
Have you made time for your workouts this week? Even on those days when you feel unmotivated, sad, and drained, I encourage you to do something (even if it is little) it will help you to feel better. There is magic in movement and movement is healing.

I just did part of that 14 minute video and Adrienne is one top-notch teacher – I am going to finish the rest in a little while –
thanks for sharing (and did not do the two from the other post – but hope to tomorrow)
thanks again – and the word tardive was good because something might appear “tardive” but they are right on God’s timing…
I am glad you enjoyed the video. I am thankful to have discovered Adriene on youtube. I enjoy her technique and how she is down to earth and easy to follow 🙂
That is so true about the word tardive. God’s timing is not always what we plan, but he knows what is best ❤
