Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I hope you are enjoying your weekend! My emotions have been kind of high, but that seems to be expected this time of month (I am noticing a pattern.) I think it is time to switch up my routine again pretty soon.
Lately I have been following Cassey Ho’s blogilates calendar and And Adriene’s Yoga with Adriene calender. It has been a really good combination for my mind and body. I am definitely going to continuing following Adriene’s yoga calendar and I am going to do all 30 days of Cassey’s calendar too. Next month I am going to add more strength training into my routine.
Workout of the Day: Compassion Yoga + Feel-Good Stretches for splits

This was a longer practice. Probably the longest yoga practice that I have done in the past 2 months. I am glad that I decided to start with this before my pilates video. Compassion was a little challenging with my swinging mood, but I did the best that I could. I noticed that I started opening up even more throughout the practice. I also love the fact that I have started pushing my edge more and more. One example of this is that I have been trying to get into bukasana. I have never had a bukasana practice in the past and it was always too challenging for me, but yesterday I found a little more balance before I tipped over and it was a lovely feeling.
Feel Good Stretches for Splits:
I really enjoyed this video. Even though it was purely stretches I like how Cassey set a timer for each stretch. I do have to say that the best way to fluidly attain the splits is to dance a lot. I am definitely much tighter these days since I have not been dancing very much. Even last fall and back in January I could getting into my splits with ease because I was taking so many zumba classes. I gotta say it again, Movement is Magical ❤

That’s great. In fact I’m also planning to take up yoga after hurting my ankle terribly. I can’t rin but still want to work out
