Be-YOU-tifully YOU Project 2.0 Week #42

2019

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

This is my attempt to get caught up on my weekly posts.  I know that I just wrote about last week a few days ago, but I do not want to get too far behind again.  Besides, I enjoy writing these posts on Sundays.

I spent less time outside and more time sedentary.  It seemed to be a good week for it because I was feeling under the weather and on some days I felt full on yucky.  Thankfully, I am feeling a lot better now.

It was a very productive week work-wise and I feel great about that.  I am so thankful that business continues to flow and I am looking forward to this new business endeavor that my partner and I have started.  We already have 2 clients!  I wish my sister would just come visit me in Hawaii.  I miss her and we would have such a great time together.  The only thing keeping her from coming is her boyfriend (he has been invited too.)  I understand that he has a full-time job and needs to continue working, but can’t my sister come visit me?

I spent a lot of time reflecting on the adventures I have been on this entire year.  I basically got to spend every season in a different place and I got to enjoy the very BEST weather at each place.  You can read about it in my blog post below called “A Love For All Seasons.”

This week I finally mustered up enough courage to drive myself to the city for a solo shopping trip.  I have spent the last 3 months feeling too afraid to drive around here.  Even though I bought us the car, my apprehensions have been caused by the fact that I have seen so many wrecks and have witnessed lots of careless driving.  I am a very careful driver and at the age of 31 I still haven’t gotten a single ticket.  I am glad that I finally decided to be brave.  Another thing that kept me from shopping is the fact that we had to be careful with our money.  We own 2 houses here in Hawaii and our house was move in ready, but the rental needed some refurbishing and that costed some money.  Thankfully we were able to fix everything and get it into great shape.  I am proud about the fact that I have been able to support us with my income from the business.  Now it is nice to have more spending money.  I found another adorable house that I wanted to buy, but it sold before I had a chance to put in an offer.  I know that the perfect property will come along and I will know it when I see it.

I have been sleeping a lot better at night and it has improved my days.  We decided to put 2 beds in the bedroom and now we have an entire room that is just a giant bed from wall to wall.  I was a little apprehensive at first, but now I would not want it any other way.  It is super cozy and inviting.  We also started decorating our space this week and it makes all the difference in the world.

Here are my blog posts from this week.  Check them out!

It was another light blog week, but I am pleased with the posts that I wrote.  I was so busy working and hardly had a spare moment to do anything else.

OCTOBER: ZEAL

Here is my weekly Be-YOU-tiful post ❤

This was a good week.  It definitely had its rough moments health wise, but I got through it and am thankful to feel a lot better.  This morning we wanted to find a grill at a garage sale so we set out searching and only found one sale that barely had anything.  We were just about to head home when we found one more sale and they had our grill!  That just seems like another example of manifesting what I want 🙂

How was your week?  Please comment below to chat!
