Workout and Word of the Day #95

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

How are you?  I have missed you all.  I did a couple of workouts that did not make it to the blog.  It was a bit of a hectic week work and life-wise.  I also took 3 days off from working out.  I have noticed that I have 1-2 weeks a month where I feel off and under the weather and I am just wrapping up one of those weeks.  The ironic thing is that my knee started bothering me to the point where I was walking with a limp.  This lasted for 2 days and yesterday evening I finally decided to do a workout and see what I could do.

To my surprise, it was leg day and I was able to do everything!  I felt a lot better after the workout and this morning the pain was almost non-existent.  I think it was caused by being so sedentary.  Like I have been saying a lot lately, movement is magical!

I am glad that I decided to move my body even though I was in pain.  I surprised myself last night.  I am looking forward to doing another workout today!
