Workout and Word of the Day #96

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

I hope you enjoyed your Monday.  It was a lovely Monday for me even though I got a migraine and ended up feeling awful and sick.  Thankfully, I was able to rest and recover and now I am feeling a lot better.  Recovering from an ailment always reminds me how blessed I am to be healthy.  This workout was yesterday’s workout since today I did a very gentle yoga practice for headaches.  Enjoy!

I really enjoyed the fact that my cat Alleyjandra decided to hang out with me on my yoga mat throughout this entire workout.

The Ultimate Butt, Back & Arms Challenge!

I love that this was one effective move!  Well, actually it was more like 2 moves, being compound and all 😉

How To Grow Taller Exercises for better posture

I am 4’11”, but on good days I can sometimes get up to 5 feet!  I should do these exercises more often.

These were some effective moves!  My abs were burning and I had to rest a few times.

Abs in a flash!

I really enjoy these short and effective workouts!

Yoga for cramps and PMS

This video really would have come in handy a week ago.  I enjoyed it a lot and will probably revisit it next month.

Word of the Day:

fiduciary– adjective

  1. of, relating to, or involving confidence or trust.
  2. Held or founded in trust or confidence.
  3. Holding in trust.

Thank you for joining me for another workout and word of the day!  Make sure you stay hydrated even though the weather is feeling cooler.  I think I got dehydrated and I felt just awful.  Thankfully I feel a lot better now.

Rest well, my friends, I will see you next time.

❤ Alana
