Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I hope you enjoyed your Monday. It was a lovely Monday for me even though I got a migraine and ended up feeling awful and sick. Thankfully, I was able to rest and recover and now I am feeling a lot better. Recovering from an ailment always reminds me how blessed I am to be healthy. This workout was yesterday’s workout since today I did a very gentle yoga practice for headaches. Enjoy!
