Day #2 Fitness Blender’s FREE workout challenge (also #99)

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

Welcome to Day #2 of Fitness Blender’s free workout plan to burn fat and build lean muscle.  I was thrilled to find this free workout program.  There are still lots of free workout videos available online (especially on youtube), but it is becoming more and more common for most channels to charge for structured programs.  I get it it makes sense to monetize your skills where and when you can especially if people will pay for them.  I know that I could have easily structured a little program for myself by choosing a split like which muscle groups to work on what days then plug in the videos / workouts accordingly, but I really wanted to take the guess work out of it this time around.  I have honestly been prone to making too many excuses so it was nice to find this program for me to kick off this next phase of my journey!

Day #1 of this challenge was the MOST challenging workout I have done in a long time.  I was dripping with sweat.  The hiit just about killed me, but I made it and felt so accomplished after it all.

This Day #2 workout is a lot of fun and I hope you will give it a try.  We did upper body strength training with cardio.  It was not as brutal as Day #1 (thankfully) and I was able to challenge myself and work up a sweat!

Workout of the Day: FB Day #2 + Yoga

The funny thing is that when I started this workout, I accidentally started day 1 again since it was open from my blog post.  I noticed that the warm-up was exactly the same and I thought that maybe they intentionally just recycled the same warm-up everyday, but then when Kelly said, “Brace yourself for hiit.”  I thought “HELL NO!”  Then realized my error, relieved.  I turned on the correct video and was relieved that it was not another hiit day 🙂
