Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
This is officially 100th tracked workout and word of the day post for 2019!!! Of course, I have done more than 100 workouts since January, but I did not always blog about it. Some days I was too busy with work, school, moving, or life, but I always feel a greater sense of accomplishment when I blog about it and get to chat with all of you. I am enjoying this Fitness Blender Challenge. It is nice to add some strength training to my routine once again.
These workout and word of the day posts are my way of holding myself accountable. I also use it as a reminder for us to always challenge ourselves to keep growing stronger physically and mentally and to learn something new everyday! Hence, the word of the day.
Workout of the Day: Fitness Blender #3 Cardio + Abs + Yoga
FB Day 3/5:
I enjoyed this workout. These two are adorable the way they banter back and forth and challenge each other. This was a Hiit Cardio & Abs workout. I definitely worked up a sweat, but thankfully it was not as brutal as day 1.
Yoga For Inner Space Travel w/ Adriene:
This was a fun practice and I like that it was shorter than some of the yoga videos we have been doing. Sometimes we just need something short and sweet.
Word of the Day:
- Musty; stale.
- Having a slovenly or uncared for appearance.
