Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
This 5 day free fitness challenge has really kept me on track with my strength training workouts. I am so glad that I found it. Today I completed day 5/5 and I feel so accomplished. This is the workout that I did yesterday which was #4/5. I have been following these strength training workouts with a yoga with Adriene video and it is a perfect combo.
Now that I am done with these first 5 days I am trying to figure out what I want to do next. It has been like pulling teeth just to get myself to go to the Zumba class that is right here in my neighborhood and my neighborhood is huge as in, it takes 25 minutes to drive across the entire neighborhood without stopping. Well, this Zumba class happens to be on the same road that I live on, but I have only managed to go once and it is a class that happens 4 times a week. Long story short I think that a home workout format continues to be the best approach for me and most budget friendly too. Earlier today I calculated that if I do Fitness Blender’s 8 week program it will bring me almost to the end of this year and that could be perfect.
Kickboxing and Yoga Workout 4/5:
This was a fun change of pace. I enjoyed working through the combinations and challenging my body and my brain in new ways.
