Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have been taking it easy workout-wise these past few days because I am planning on starting an 8 week workout program this Monday (tomorrow already?) At the same time, I always feel inspired at the beginning of a new month so I wanted to make sure that I did something. There was a day or 2 that I skipped yoga and I felt more unsettled so it is worth sticking with.
Workout of the Day: Ballet Hiit+ Yoga
15 Minute Ballet Workout:
The hiit format of this ballet workout was a nice surprise. I honestly used to dread hiit style workouts because I had trouble pushing myself, but now I really enjoy them.
Reunite with your Breath | Yoga With Adriene
Thank goodness for Yoga With Adriene. I love her teaching style and the way it helps me feel more grounded and alive.
