Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I had the worst pain in my neck and a knot in my shoulders. I think it was caused by stress because this is the time of month that I worry about everything and it is more challenging to be calm. I am thankful. The bills are paid and life is full of blessings. I remind myself of these blessings everyday.
Among the blessings is the fact that movement can be so therapeutic. I decided to practice yoga, do a shorter ballet workout, and roll out my knot with my handy lacrosse ball. Today I feel a lot less stressed and the pain in my neck has thankfully loosened.

Ballet Workout: Graceful Arms and Back
This mini class was challenging and a lot of fun. I was able to work my arms and take action to improve my posture. I felt so graceful the entire time.

It was so fitting that this happened to be today’s workout video. I think that it helped me wake up feeling better today.
