Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I took two days off over the weekend to relax and rest and I think it was good for my mind and body. At the same time, I also skipped yoga these past few days and meditation has been challenging because I cannot get myself to sit still. I think it is time for me to reassess my nutrition and maybe change around the time of day that I do things.
Workout of the Day: Hiit + Lower Body Strengthening
This was the Day #1 workout of the 5 day challenge and it is still the most challenging hiit workout for me. I don’t think it got any easier even though I have done it before. I felt exhausted by the end of it, but I am glad that I got it in!
Word of the Day:
- A new word, meaning, usage, or phrase.
- The introduction or use of new words or new senses of existing words.
This is a very brief workout and word of the day. I have been feeling a little off lately, but not in a bad way. I can tell that this is just another transitional period for me. My nutrition has been much cleaner, but I do think I need more calories.
