Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
What have you been up to these days? I have been busy with work and am looking forward to my sister’s visit this weekend. I am glad that her visit is during the weekend that way I do not have to carve out time to workout since I rest on Saturday and Sunday. I still have not figured out a set time to workout and just fit it in where I can. So far it seems to be working.
Workout of the Day: Upper Body + Yoga
Warm-up Cardio:
Biceps and Triceps Strength Workout:
This was more of a traditional style strength workout and I enjoyed the structure. It was nice to slow down and isolate my muscles.
No Equipment Upper Body Workout:

Yoga For Social Anxiety:
It has been hard for me to slow down and sit still these days. Even practicing yoga has felt a little mentally taxing. My energy these days has been a little uptight. I think this makes my yoga practice even more important.
The good news is that I am struggling less and less with social anxiety. I think that exercise and living a healthy lifestyle has helped to build my confidence. I am glad that I decided to keep going!
