Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I have written back to back workouts today because I was falling behind. Yesterday was a busy and productive day and I spent 1 hour mowing the lawn with my push mower. I have a little over an acre so it was a killer steady state cardio workout with a bunch of sprints (depending on how high the grass was in various spots.)
It is currently 87 degrees and it feels like it is getting hotter each day. I get thrown off when I walk into the stores and see Christmas decorations and banners up for holiday parades and then I remember that Thanksgiving is nearly here. It doesn’t feel like winter in the tropics and I am definitely not complaining!

Yoga For Gratitude:
I dragged myself through yoga last night. It felt long, but I was finally able to settle into it and enjoy the 2nd half of the practice.
