Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I hope you are enjoying your Friday. This has been a productive week for me and I can see that each week seems to move at a different pace. I feel like I am emerging from fall hibernation and have reached a point where I am energized and feel ready to take on new challenges.
Workout of the Day: Upper Body + Cardio

I was honestly relieved that today’s yoga practice was only 8 minutes long. I am at a point in my life where it is hard to sit still because I am so excited about everything that is happening. This is a delightful change of pace for me because fall and winter has historically been a somber time for me.
I will do what I can and just keep moving forward. I know that this post is short, but I still have to do today’s workout and there is a lot I want to do before we pick up my sister from the airport tonight. Have a wonderful weekend my friends!

My Friday was great once my full-time job ended. I walked from work to another town on the river trail. Three miles of cold bliss with beautiful scenery. Fall, Winter, and early Spring are my seasons. 🙂 Thank you for posting these videos, I’m going to give them a try.
