Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I was dragging through my day a little because my sleep schedule has been wacky lately. I cannot complain because my days have been full of grand adventures. I even took the entire weekend off from working out and I took an entire day off from work two. This is the 2nd time since I took over the business in April that I have taken an entire day off from work. The first time was so stressful, but this time I was actually able to enjoy it. My work was right there waiting for me on Sunday and I have been working hard to catch up. As a result my back has been a little sore, correction very sore from sitting. I really do look forward to these workouts. They are the gift that I give to myself.
