Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Today I am sore from this upper body workout and it feels so good. When I was in the midst of it I didn’t think that it would make me sore, but I am glad to know that it was effective. And not the sore I had in my lower back the other day or the pain in the neck sort of sore, this is the “soreness” of muscles that got a good workout in.
Workout of the Day: Kickboxing + Yoga
This was a fun cardio workout that also included upper body strength exercises and ended with some yoga. I hope you will enjoy it. The kickboxing combos are also a great exercise for the brain!
Killer At-Home Chest Workout:
This is a great bodyweight chest and core workout. It is basically many different variations of the push-up. It will push you to your limits like it pushed mine 🙂
Day #1/40 Kundalini Challenge:
I have honestly been feeling a little stale in my meditation and yoga practice these days so I have decided to switch things up. I want to do this 40-Day FREE Kundalini yoga weightloss challenge. And funny you should mention kundalini yoga cos I have heard it three times this week. I don’t know anything about it so I am curious to hear more!
And guess what – I did a tiny bit of “home yoga” tonight – got out the mat and did some spinal twists – breathe work – and leg stretches – ahhh
It was a win for me…
