Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
How is your week going? This has been a great week for me and I am enjoying the fact that it is not stressful. This year we do not have elaborate Thanksgiving plans and I think it will be a nice change for my partner and I. Historically, Thanksgiving has been a stressful holiday, but I have enjoyed it each year because we have spent time with family. Now that we are far away, we will spend some time relaxing and will probably throw something yummy on the grill and chill.
Workout of the Day: Cardio Hiit + Yoga
This was a good challenging workout that included everything. A warm-up, cardio, hiit, lower body strength training, and a cool down / stretch.
Day #7/40 Kundalini Yoga Weightloss Challenge:
This is not your typical yoga practice and I have been enjoying it to the fullest. It focuses a lot on breath work which is what I have been needing lately.

- Of never-ending duration: eternal.
