Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
December 1st was a Sunday which also happened to be a rest day so I took the rest. Even though my mind was fighting against it because I love to start every month strongly with a workout then see how many I can do in a row. I am glad that I decided to rest because my body, mind, heart, and soul needed it. I felt nicely refreshed by the time I picked out my workout clothes.
Workout of the Day: Hiit + Lower Body Strength + Yoga
Calorie Burning Cardio Warm-up:
Remember to start your workouts with a gentle warm-up. This will prepare your body for the work ahead and help prevent injuries. The older I get, the more necessary it has become to get a good warm-up.
Belly Fat Burner Hiit:
Gotta love a good hiit workout!
Build a Booty 27 minute Butt and Thigh Workout:
There were 5 jump squats in between each set and they sure added up quickly. I could feel the burn from start to finish!

Adriene’s theme for the month of December is joy. I had to participate because I can definitely use even more joy in my life.
Word of the Day:

Is it just me or is this word appearing everywhere? I had never heard of it until yesterday and then I read 3 different blogs with people who casually used this word. Is this a common word and I have just been out of the loop? I’m glad to be in the circle once again 🙂
