Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I was dangerously close to calling it a rest day. We went into town in the late afternoon to get a new set of tires installed. It was fairly late into the evening by the time we got home. I started to prepare for my workout and then I felt a headache starting and realized that I should eat something first. By the time I started working out it was after 10 pm. I was relieved to see that it was not a hiit day and that the format was different from any of the workouts I have done so far.
