Workout and Word of the Day #127

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

Happy Friday!  My days have been a blur lately because I have been staying up late and sleeping in.  Maybe one of these days I will get back on the daytime cycle, but until then I am doing my best to not stress about any of it.  Life is good and I have been feeling inspired to do my workouts.

Workout of the Day: Upper Body Workout for good posture + Yoga

Better Posture Workout

I enjoyed doing these exercises and stretches for good posture.  It was also an excellent way to get warmed up and ready for the rest of my workout.

Fast & Slow Remix Cardio Intervals

This cardio workout was a lot of fun.  We did each exercise at a slow pace then the same exercise at a faster pace.  It was a great way to keep moving and I really enjoyed the variety.

This has been a great week work-wise.  I also started writing for a pretty big news website which is exciting (wish me luck.)  How was your week and do you have plans for the weekend?  Do you do set workouts during the weekends or do you take the time off?  Please comment below to share!

  1. That is a fun word – and good luck with the writing for the news site – you seem to be able to write a lot pretty easily…
    And for me – just doing lots of walking and maybe one yoga class this weekend – my walk today was an hour and oh my goodness was it good

      1. Yeah – and I think you know I am trying to walk every day for the final 76 days of the year / and I found a place (hubs goes with me) that is my favorite trail – we split up for part of it and I have a bit of time to pray and walk extra fast if I want.
        I can’t believe how I forgot what brisk walking can do for the GI and body alignment – and the mind! Ha
