I hope you are having a great week. This has been a good week for me. Just been busy with work and preparing for another big project. My energy has been feeling kind of skewed because there is a lot that I want to do and my interests are pulling me in so many directions. I think that it is time for me to add a little more structure to my days.

After this workout it felt like I hit an important milestone. I was able to do pirouettes and turns more seamlessly than ever. I can feel a huge difference in my movement now that I am less heavy. I felt so good in my body last night and found pure joy in movement and dancing around my house with my boyfriend and our cats.
