Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I hope you are having a good week. This week is off to a great start for me. I had a busy weekend work wise and was able to get fully caught up yesterday. Things are a little slow today, but it is giving me a chance to catch my breath which is nice. Sometimes the business grind can be stressful. A month ago our competitors reached out wanting to partner with us so we drew up an agreement. We usually ignore proposals like this (they happen frequently), but we thought it might have a chance since we have an excellent product that they don’t. We held our end of the agreement, but they kept on putting things off on their side. As a result, I lost some business. We later discovered that they partnered up with another competitor and the two businesses were plotting against us.
We spent most of last week rebuilding the systems, upgrading technology, and adding more services and now our systems are better than ever. It is disappointing that we got back stabbed, but I was not surprised. I was definitely leery about the whole partnership plan and in the end it has worked out for the best.
Workout of the Day: Total Body Strengthening
This workout included a nice warm-up that quickly built up to hiit. It was done before I knew it!
Total Body Strength Training:
This is probably my new favorite total body workout. It was full of fun and creative compound movements.
