Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Today has escaped me a little. This workout of the day is yesterday’s workout and today I am honestly thinking of calling it a rest day and just moving today’s workout to tomorrow. I don’t do that very often, but today may be the day. I am leaning towards taking a rest day because I have not had any coffee or caffeine and it is already 6:21 in the evening (too late.) I am sitting here at my desk with a hot cup of peppermint tea and after this I am thinking about curling up with a book and another cup of tea then maybe heading to bed early.
