Workout and Word of the Day #135

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

Today has escaped me a little.  This workout of the day is yesterday’s workout and today I am honestly thinking of calling it a rest day and just moving today’s workout to tomorrow.  I don’t do that very often, but today may be the day.  I am leaning towards taking a rest day because I have not had any coffee or caffeine and it is already 6:21 in the evening (too late.) I am sitting here at my desk with a hot cup of peppermint tea and after this I am thinking about curling up with a book and another cup of tea then maybe heading to bed early.

  1. Mind is kind of a rest day today. I did do all the packing loaded the car, and drove for 1 and a half hours. Then put everything away in our timeshare. Managed 6,651 steps along the water’s edge, before the rain got heavy. So won’t do my usual 15,000 steps today.

    1. Sounds like it was still a very active day. I just wrote a post about how I took all of yesterday off. Sometimes it is nice to do a little less one day then come back stronger than ever the next. Today is the day that I have a challenging workout planned. I hope you will have a good rest of your day! Do you have plans for Christmas?

      1. It seems like it has been rainy everywhere. My hometown in the Pacific Northwest is flooding and it is very rainy here in Hawaii, but I do live in the Tropical Rainforest so it is to be expected 🙂
        Great job on the kickboxing workout! I hope you enjoyed it!
