Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Merry Christmas Eve! This morning I saw that my professor had submitted my final credits for review and I teared up pure tears of joy. This means that I just about done with my undergrad degree. It has been a long time coming and I am thankful that I got the chance to make this dream come true. This is the better than any Christmas gift.
Yesterday I was feeling a little down. We didn’t leave our house the entire day and it was kind of nice. I have been thinking about making my way to Target, but have been a little lazy lately. We ordered food for delivery and I decided to hop on the airdyne bike. I went for 30 minutes and it felt like an instant mood boost. Movement is magical, my friends!
Workout of the Day: Lower Body Strengthening + Hiit
This workout is such a nice blend of strength training, hiit, pilates, and stretching. I was able to add more weight to my deadlifts and squats. It is fun to see the progress I am making!
Word of the Day:
graphene– noun
- An extremely electrically conductive form of elemental carbon that is composed of a single flat sheet of carbon atoms arranged in a repeating hexagonal lattice.
Thank you for joining me for another Workout and Word of the Day! Do you have plans for Christmas Eve? I think that my neighbors and I might set up the volleyball net then throw some things on the grill and drink some ipas. Either that or just relax 😉 I hope you will have a Very Merry Christmas Eve!

Merry Christmas 🌲❤🌲
Thank you Susie! Merry Christmas to you too!!! ❤
😊
Merry Christmas! Hope you got a work out today. I was bad, only 4000 steps. 😦
Merry Christmas to you too!!! I am getting ready to do a little workout in a few. 4,000 isn’t bad, it is just a nice rest and you deserve it! ❤
Thank you. Since going GF, I can’t eat a lot of the Hanukkah and Christmas foods, so it has been an interesting adjustment.
Holidays can be tricky around dietary improvements. It is really good that you have made these changes for your health. I am thinking of going GF soon to see if it will help with bloating. I did last fall and it was a great change.
I have celiac, it was found when my liver was under attack. They thought it was auto immune liver disease, but I am glad it was only celiac
Wow, I am so glad you were able to find out the root cause. Health issues can be so alarming.
Yes. PBC attacks the biliary parts of the liver. No cure and that would be an automatic dismissal from Canadian immigration.
