Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

If it seems like I have been away lately, I definitely have been.  I am starting to see that I can do a lot, but I do not have to do everything all the time.  I have been working on being more mentally flexible and by this I mean less intense and hard on myself.  At some point during this week I noticed that I was being super critical of myself and kept talking about how I have not made any progress with my fitness.

The next day I told myself that it was okay to switch the 30 minute planned cardio workout for a 32 minute walk.  I also shifted yesterday’s planned workout to today because yesterday ended up being a little hectic.

It wasn’t until Thursday that I realized that I completely missed my weekly post and after I post this I will start working on that.  If you want to read more about what I have been up to lately, please come back shortly for my weekly post.
