Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
This is the workout that I did on Sunday that was actually planned for Friday, but I rested on Friday AND Saturday then shifted it to Sunday. It is a decent upper body workout and I don’t want you to miss out on it.
Workout of the Day: 35 Minute Arms and Shoulder Workout
This workout was full of fun and challenging exercises. I have noticed that I have not needed to lift heavy heavy weights to feel challenged with these workouts. Remember to listen to your body and if you feel your form falling apart; lighten your weights or even drop the weight altogether. Proper technique is so important and helps you create scaffolding to build upon.
Today’s Word of the Day is:
imbue– verb
- To impregnate or inspire, as with feelings, opinions.
- To saturate or impregnate with moisture, color, etc.
