Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I am proud to be back so soon. Thank goodness my motivation is trickling back slowly, but surely. I am allowing myself to ease back into my workout routine. My planned workout was a 40 minute hiit routine, but I decided to revise it. My left knee has been a little sore and I think it is because I need to do more stretching and a lot more foam rolling. I searched for this fun low-impact cardio workout. I had also planned on doing a yoga video, but decided that the one workout is good for now.
Workout of the Day: Low Impact Cardio
I just want to remind you that it is okay and encouraged for you to listen to your body. If you feel any pain or strain, stop the movement that is causing the pain and learn some modifications.

Thanks for joining me for a workout and word of the day. Today felt draining, but we were able to remedy it with a nice walk through the Japanese Zen garden. That hectic energy still followed me throughout the day, but I am feeling a little better now. I know that working out sure helped. After this I am going to curl up with a cup of tea and a good book and then my partner and I are going to relax and Netflix.
