Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
Happy Friday! This week flew by, didn’t it? I am glad that it did because all the stress I was feeling from last week poured over and a few days ago I got a sore throat. I was able to practice yoga yesterday morning, but just had to rest the rest of the day. This is the workout I did before my rest day. I hope you will enjoy it!
Workout of the Day: Yoga for Risk Takers + Upper Body Strength
I was surprised by the fact that my balance has improved. I am usually very wobbly, but it was nice to reach a point of stillness.
Upper Body Strength guaranteed muscle burnout:
This was an empowering workout. I really appreciate the fact that Fitness Blender provides warm-ups with most of their workouts. My biceps have gotten stronger. Last year I was never able to curl more than 12 lbs and even that was a struggle. Now I can curl 15 lbs!
EXTRA CREDIT: No Equipment Upper Body Workout

I started the next morning with this Yoga for Concentration Practice then realized that it was more important for me to hydrate, rest, and recover.
