Workout and Word of the Day #32

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

Happy Friday!  This week flew by, didn’t it?  I am glad that it did because all the stress I was feeling from last week poured over and a few days ago I got a sore throat.  I was able to practice yoga yesterday morning,  but just had to rest the rest of the day.  This is the workout I did before my rest day.  I hope you will enjoy it!

Workout of the Day: Yoga for Risk Takers + Upper Body Strength

I was surprised by the fact that my balance has improved.  I am usually very wobbly, but it was nice to reach a point of stillness.

Upper Body Strength guaranteed muscle burnout:

This was an empowering workout.  I really appreciate the fact that Fitness Blender provides warm-ups with most of their workouts.  My biceps have gotten stronger.  Last year I was never able to curl more than 12 lbs and even that was a struggle.  Now I can curl 15 lbs!

Word of the Day:

vehemently– adverb

  1. In a forceful, passionate, or intense manner with great feeling.

I started the next morning with this Yoga for Concentration Practice then realized that it was more important for me to hydrate, rest, and recover.

Thank you for joining me for another workout and word of the day!  I am feeling much better than yesterday and am ready to pick up where I left off.  Do you have fun plans for the weekend?  Comment below to share!

❤ Alana
