Workout and Word of the Day #33

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

We have made it to the weekend!  I took a midweek rest day on Thursday because I felt completely worn out.  I think all the stress and anger I felt from last week caught up with me and made me sick.  Thankfully, I am on the mend even though I still feel tired.  I keep on reminding myself that I am focusing on peace this month and that has helped me to drop the stress when I feel it creeping into my shoulder blades.  I tried not to feel too guilty about resting (because that would cause unnecessary stress) and I made up for it with this workout!

Workout of the Day: Yoga + Cardio + Total Body Strength

12 Minute Yoga for Brain Power | Yoga with Adriene

This was a nice, swift practice.  I like how she continued to build on our balance practice and I love the fact that my balance is improving with practice!

At- Home Cardio Workout to burn fat and tone

This was a nice low-impact cardio workout!

Total Body Strength | Challenging Dynamic Superset workout

Grab your dumbbells!  This workout will kick your butt in the BEST way possible!

4-Minute NO Equipment Belly fat destroyer

My surrogate grandmother Susie from Susie’s Opinions recommended this workout and it is a new favorite that I am going to revisit often!  It is a great way to work up a sweat especially if you have limited time.

Cool Down:

Word of the Day:

infernal– adjective

  1. hellish; fiendish; diabolical
  2. extremely troublesome, annoying, outrageous.

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day!  I hope you are enjoying your weekend and I will see you soon!

❤ Alana
