Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
We have made it to the weekend! I took a midweek rest day on Thursday because I felt completely worn out. I think all the stress and anger I felt from last week caught up with me and made me sick. Thankfully, I am on the mend even though I still feel tired. I keep on reminding myself that I am focusing on peace this month and that has helped me to drop the stress when I feel it creeping into my shoulder blades. I tried not to feel too guilty about resting (because that would cause unnecessary stress) and I made up for it with this workout!

This was a nice, swift practice. I like how she continued to build on our balance practice and I love the fact that my balance is improving with practice!
