Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I feel a lot better now. I think that actively finding peace is helping me to find peace. My morning meditation and yoga practice has helped me to feel more grounded and spending a few hours in the garden does wonders for my soul.

Overall, I can tell that I have made great progress with my form. I still struggle with feelings of inadequacy and insecurity, but I am glad that I am actively turning my weaknesses into strengths. I have to admit that I do miss the intensity with which I was training a year ago in Scottsdale, but I am at a different stage. That Goal Getter mindset got me to where I am today and I am so thankful that I was brave enough to dream BIG.
