Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
I’m here! It takes a little extra nudging to get me blogging because I have been spending a lot of time on the computer for work. I do have to say that my arm and the numbness in my hand is finally lessening and I think it is because I am being consistent with my workouts. My body thrives when I stay active and consistent.
I think that everyBODY thrives with consistent activity and movement is medicine without the bad side-effects!
Workout of the Day: Upper Body!
