What have you been up to? I am drawing a blank right now. Just being real…
This will probably be a fairly short post, but I wanted to check in and say that I have had more energy and have been feeling more inspired to workout and get healthy. My hand numbness still hasn’t gone away, but I am noticing it mostly in my fingertips so hopefully it is working its way out.
Today’s Workout is: Back Day!
Ab & Waist Workout:
Upper Body Workout no equipment:
This was a fun back workout! Give it a try you’ll like it and you can easily do it in the comfort of your home!
10 Minute INTENSE Back Workout:
This workout really was intense! I didn’t realize how intense a 10 minute workout could be, but this was definitely it! She recommends having two sets of dumbbells a heavy set and a light set. If you don’t have any weights that’s okay! Look around the house and work what you got. Cans work really well and body weight can work too as long as you work on your mind and muscle connection.
Quick Burn Standing Back Workout:
No weights necessary! You don’t even need a mat for this burner!
How to instantly improve your blood flow and circulation:
I felt a little silly at first and then I felt amazing! You will shake a lot with this ditty, but I enjoyed it so much that I did it again this morning.

Thanks for joining me for another workout and word of the day! We are getting a Shipt.com delivery this afternoon and I ordered myself some vitamins and also a stability ball (which can hopefully work as a bench) and some arnica gel. Hopefully soon I can figure out what the cause of this numbness is. I really want to avoid going to the doctor right now since we are in the midst of a pandemic, but I also want to make sure that this doesn’t get any worse.
