Workout and Word of the Day #39

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

I feel so alive and feel so blessed to be right here right now.  I have discovered a new passion in gardening.  I have been spending as much time as I can outside and my depression has disappeared!  Yesterday we got a Shipt delivery and I got a new set of pruners.  It was fun to prune our trees for a change of pace.

I feel like my eyes have been opened to a whole new world every time I walk outside.  I really love being able to identify the plants around me both native and desirable and also the invasive ones too.

I had a nice boost of energy and decided to get my workout done in the morning.  It was a nice change of pace and I got to spend the entire afternoon and evening in the garden!


Word of the Day:

itinerant– adjective

  1. Traveling from place to place, especially on a circuit, as a minister, judge, or sales representative.
  2. Characterized by such traveling.

    1. That was me for the whole month of March (and March is such a long month). Lol remember, random solo dance parties to your favorite songs totally counts and won’t violate “social distancing rules.” ❤

    1. I hope you will enjoy the workouts! My hand is finally starting to feel a little better. Thank goodness. I started icing and taking ibuprofen before bed. I should have started sooner, but kept hoping it would go away on its own.

      1. Me too! I finally took a zoom Zumba class with my favorite instructor. I am honestly shy in person so it took me a long time to take an online class, but I am glad that I did!

      2. Thank you! That was scary to me because most injuries I have had in the past I was always able to “escape temporarily” with sleep, but this one seemed to get worst with sleep. Ice, arnica, ibuprofen, and adjusting my sleep position like you had suggested really helped.
        I am so glad that your arm is progressively getting better. People not putting away weights in the proper location has been one of my pet peeves because it really is a safety hazard otherwise. I hope you are doing well and thank you for checking in with me.

    1. Thank you for checking up on me. The workout I did on Wednesday completely exhausted me. We also, rearranged the office space and I need to recreate my workout space once again. Hope you are doing well ❤
