Workout and Word of the Day #42

Hello My Dear Darling Friends!

I have missed you all.  I  hope you are all staying healthy and safe.  At least we have made it through the first round of quarantine.  I haven’t been doing many traditional workouts, but I have been active with yard work and walks.  I have successfully started my days with Yoga on the lanai these past two days and I plan on continuing.

Last Wednesday I felt a surge of inspiration to workout and this is the workout that I did.  I didn’t want to overthink or complicate anything so I challenged myself to think of 15 bodyweight exercises and to do 15 repetitions of each exercise.

Workout of the Day: 15 of 15


Please comment below and let me know if you have questions about any of these exercises.  This workout was empowering and fun and I felt the burn days after the workout was complete.

Word of the Day:

cacophony– noun

  1. Harsh or jarring sound: harshness in the sound of words or phrases
  2. An incongruous or chaotic mixture: a striking combination.

Life was pretty stressful especially by the middle of last week, but I will go into more detail in my next post.  We went on an impromptu adventure on Thursday night and I was able to decompress from the stress and tension.  Now I feel renewed and excited about life once again.
