Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
By this point one year ago (6/1/19)I already had #101 workouts under my belt. That is even considered low for many regular fitness folks. Right now I have only documented 43 workouts in half a year. Let’s just say I have had much more active years in the past and a few that were even more sedentary. It varies depending on what is going on in the world and lately I have been feeling drained and unmotivated.
Thankfully, my blog friend Susie has been inspiring me to get back into working out and also writing. I feel inspired whenever I spend more time in this beautiful blog world. A few days ago, my college friend Grace, recommended Sydney Cumming’s youtube channel to me and I am so glad that she did.
Today’s Workout is: 40 minute Full Body Hiit
Today’s word of the Day is:

Today was my 2nd day in a row of working out. It feels like I am back to taking baby steps and for now I am okay with that. I am looking forward to feeling healthy, energetic, and good in my body once again. I am thinking about practicing yoga towards the end of the day so that I can re-establish a mind and body connection. We have been sort of distant lately and it is time to get back on track!
