Hello My Dear Darling Friends!
What is new and exciting in your world? I am feeling a lot better today. It felt good to get things off of my chest yesterday. I am also glad that I decided to take a break from Facebook. I was getting too caught up in that web and needed to unwind.
Today was leg day and it felt great! I can’t even remember the last time I did a leg day. I am happy to be hitting the grind once again.
Today’s Workout is: Leg Day
I haven’t managed to start practicing yoga yet, but I am so glad that Sydney includes a good cool down and stretch at the end of these workouts. I don’t think I have mentioned that I am following her 12 week Summertime Fine program. I am not a member of her online community, but if you look at her playlist channel you can find the program. I am going to do my best to follow this program.
Lately I have not been feeling very fit and I definitely added some fluff during this quarantine. Remember how our local bakery was doing deliveries and our neighborhood chef was also doing deliveries? Well, I enjoyed all of that to the fullest. Also taking a few hits of herb here and there did wonders for my appetite. It was an emotional experience when I couldn’t feed my munchies. Most of the time I gave in. In the spirit of stressing less, I am doing my best not to beat myself up over it. I’m here now and ready to work!

Thank you for joining me for another workout and word of the day. I have noticed that without Facebook my mind has been more free to wander and take trips down memory lane. Some of those memories tug at my heartstrings a bit.
